PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
The process of designing, manufacturing and implementing a new product lasts several months, depending on the customer’s requirements. It includes:
- Preparing documentation of the container according to the drawings and adapting it to our technology.
- Agreeing on the conditions to produce the tools for the trial batch and the size of the trial batch.
- Obtaining EUC export permits from the Polish Government.
- Designing and manufacturing the tools for the trial batch.
- Producing a trial batch, sending it for customer’s tests.
- Agreeing on the preliminary terms of the order, delivery schedule.
- Applying customer’s remarks after the tests to the production documentation, approving of the corrections by the customer.
- Signing the contract for the serial production.
After taking these steps, we manufacture mass production tools to commence mass production and deliveries.
